This policy describes how MavyHealth LLC (“Mavy Health,” “we,” “us”) handles personal information that we collect through our website at mavyhealth.com (the “Site”) and when you contact us.
What this policy covers
This policy covers the Site and the information you send us through it, for example when you book a demo, ask for our security brief or join the list for the free remittance scan.
It does not cover patient information that Mavy Health processes for a dental practice. That information is governed by the business associate agreement between Mavy Health and the practice, and by the practice’s own notice of privacy practices. Please don’t send patient information through the Site.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details: your name, work email, phone number if you give it, and your practice or group
- About your practice: number of locations, practice software and your role
- What you write to us, and the messages we exchange afterwards
- Your preferences, such as asking to hear when the free remittance scan opens
Information collected automatically
Like any website, the servers that deliver the Site record technical information with each request: your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the page that linked to it, and the time. Links on our printed materials carry a campaign tag (for example “utm_source=postcard”) so we can tell which piece brought you here.
Cookies
The Site does not set cookies and does not use advertising or cross-site tracking technologies. If that changes, we will update this policy before it does.
How we use information
- To reply to you, schedule a demo and send you what you asked for
- To tell you when something you signed up for is ready
- To understand which pages and campaigns are useful, and to improve the Site
- To keep the Site secure and prevent abuse

We may create aggregated or de-identified information and use it for our lawful business purposes.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that host the Site and deliver our email, under contracts that limit what they may do with it

- Authorities, when the law or legal process requires it

Your choices
- You can unsubscribe from any marketing email we send, using the link in it or by writing to us.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information you sent us by writing to hello@mavyhealth.com.

We use technical, organizational and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Other sites
The Site may link to websites we do not operate. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
Children
The Site is for dental professionals. It is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
