By using the Mavy Health website at mavyhealth.com (the “Site”), operated by MavyHealth LLC, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Use of the Site
The Site is provided for information, so you can learn about Mavy Health, request a demo and contact us. It is not billing, coding, legal or clinical advice. Do not misuse the Site, try to gain unauthorized access to it, or use it for any unlawful purpose, and do not send patient information through it.
3. Product screens and availability
Product screens on the Site are simulated from a demo practice; patients, practices, payers and figures are fictional and are not results any practice should expect. We label features as Available, Coming soon or Planned. Coming soon and Planned describe our current intentions, which can change; they are not a commitment to deliver a feature or a date.
4. Intellectual property
The content, software, designs, videos and trademarks on the Site, including Mavy Health, Mavy AI and Mavy Guardrails, belong to MavyHealth LLC and are protected by law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from them without our written permission. Open Dental, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Denticon, Stripe and other names belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

Your use of the Site is subject to our privacy policy.
6. Disclaimer
The Site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. MavyHealth LLC does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MavyHealth LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
8. Third-party links
The Site may link to websites or services we do not operate. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these terms. Changes are posted on this page with a new “last updated” date; continued use of the Site means you accept them.
